- What do I need to bring to closing?
- A current valid State ID or Driver’s License
- A Cashier’s Check for your bottom line/down payments or a Wire if the total is over $10,000.00
- What is Title Insurance?

With title insurance, title examiners review the history of your property and seek to eliminate title issues before the purchase occurs. Title insurance also differs in that it comes with no monthly payment. It’s just a one-time premium paid at closing.
- What is the difference in receiving a wire vs. a check?
If your bottom line coming to you is over $4,000.00 your bank can hold a check for up to ten days. If we wire the bottom line to you, your bank may charge you an incoming wire fee. You will need to contact your bank to find out what that fee may be.
